Key responsibilities of a Valuation Manager:

As a Senior member of the team you will be responsible for growing market share via a strong conversion of market appraisal appointments to instructions. You will pro-actively manage the activity in branch to help yourself and the team deliver on booked appointments along with providing exceptional levels of customer service to our vendors. You will support our ancillary services including financial services and conveyancing to allow your vendors access to the very best help in reaching their goal of moving home.

Skills and experience required to be a successful Valuation Manager:

• Estate Agency experience
• Preferably an experiencedLister, Valuer, Instructions Manager,Valuations Manager or anEstate Agent/Sales Negotiator looking for that step up andcareer progression
• Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
• Resilient,positive, organised, numerate anddetail oriented
• Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills
• IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
• AFull UK driving licenceholder
