At Baxter, we believe every person-regardless of who they are or where they are from-deserves a chance to live a healthy life. It was our founding belief in 1931 and continues to be our guiding principle. We are redefining healthcare delivery to make a greater impact today, tomorrow, and beyond.

Our Baxter colleagues are united by our Mission to Save and Sustain Lives. Together, our community is driven by a culture of courage, trust, and collaboration. Every individual is empowered to take ownership and make a meaningful impact. We strive for efficient and effective operations, and we hold each other accountable for delivering exceptional results.

Here, you will find more than just a job-you will find purpose and pride.

Help lead Baxter's compounding transformation and make a real impact that saves lives.

At Baxter, everything we do comes back to one mission: to save and sustain lives. That mission drives how we innovate, how we collaborate, and how we manufacture.

Right now, we’re transforming our aseptic and compounding operations across EMEA - and we’re looking for a Validation Project Manager to be based onsite in the UK who can help bring structure, energy, and technical know‑how to this exciting change.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Take ownership of validation projects and support new work across the EMEA compounding sites - making sure everything aligns with Baxter’s global quality standards.
  • Lead validation of aseptic and sterilization systems, from VHP gassing and RABS to cleanroom environments.
  • Work hand‑in‑hand with manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams to drive smarter, more digital validation processes.
  • Balance multiple projects at once - staying adaptable and calm in a fast‑paced, highly regulated environment.
  • Be a champion for accountability, innovation, and teamwork as we reimagine how compounding gets done.
What You’ll Bring
  • Solid experience in process cleaning and equipment validation and project management within pharma or aseptic manufacturing.
  • Hands‑on knowledge of VHP sanitisation, RABS, and CSV.
  • You're agile and resilient - someone who thrives when things move fast and priorities shift.
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to influence, collaborate, and challenge when needed.
  • Willingness to travel across EMEA to support projects.
Why You’ll Love It Here

You’ll join a team that’s collaborative, forward‑thinking, and not afraid to challenge how things have always been done.

This is your chance to help shape the future of compounding at Baxter - leading validation for new aseptic lines, introducing automation, and driving real improvements in patient safety and product quality.

Here, your ideas matter. Your expertise makes a difference. And your work quite literally helps save lives.

We also offer a competitive salary and some fantastic benefits listed below.

  • 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
  • Subsided canteen
  • Excellent career progression opportunities
  • Blue light card
  • Employee discount scheme
  • Westfield healthcare
  • Up to 8% pension contribution
  • Employee assistance programme
