Job summary

Sotera Health is actively seeking a Validation Engineer for the Sterigenics Quality team at the Somercotes facility on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. You will drive validation programs to meet ISO, FDA and customer requirements, collaborating with Operations, Engineering, Sales and external customers to ensure compliant, timely execution.

• Experience writing and executing validation protocols in a regulated environment.
• Solid understanding of Quality Management Systems and validation principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and manage customer validation projects from initiation to completion.
• Write validation protocols and reports and maintain supporting documentation.
• Review customer validation protocols for compliance and feasibility.
• Execute validation studies including processing runs, lab testing and sample management.
• Lead equipment qualification activities (IQ/OQ/PQ) and ensure traceability of results.
