Overview

Join our client as a Whole Vehicle Validation & Verification Engineer in the automotive industry. Adecco, working in partnership with Bentley Motors, is searching for a dynamic Whole Vehicle Validation & Verification Engineer to join their team.

Key Details

Pay: PAYE: £26.30 per week. Maximum £33.59 per week.

End date: 30/06/2026.

Location: Crewe - Pyms Lane.

Working Pattern: Hybrid – 3 days per week onsite.

International Travel: Global.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Vehicle Assessments: Take charge during dynamic and static validation events. Evaluate vehicle readiness, conduct structured in-event assessments, and validate solutions while driving pre-production vehicles.
  • Project Delivery: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and manage weekly project activities. Ensure deliverables are met and concerns are effectively communicated.
  • Problem Solving: Utilize engineering skills to tackle complex design-related issues. Analyze data, identify root causes, and develop strategies to enhance vehicle performance.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Create clear and comprehensive reports detailing test results, concern logs, and validation outcomes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Capture learning experiences and keep the team updated on the latest technologies in vehicle systems.
Qualifications
  • Experience in system testing, validation, or verification engineering within the automotive sector.
  • Driving proficiency: Comfortable driving pre-production vehicles and leading test convoys. A full UK driving license is essential.
  • Technical knowledge: Understanding of key automotive systems (powertrain, chassis, ADAS, infotainment) and experience with data logging tools and test planning tools (Excel, JIRA).
  • Communication skills: Strong ability to communicate across various levels, influencing colleagues and fostering collaboration.
  • German language: Proficiency in German is a plus and will be advantageous in this role.
