Job summary

Europcar Group UK Limited is seeking a meticulous Vehicle Prep and Valet Assistant to join our team. You will prepare vehicles to a high standard, valet in all weather, support the driving team with delivery and collection, and ensure the prep area is clean and tidy.

You will identify fleet maintenance issues, deliver world-class customer service, and contribute to a busy, customer-focused operation with flexible shifts including days, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Full valid clean driving licence required with at least 4 years driving experience.
• Flexible working hours including day, evenings and weekends.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills; strong team player.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles to a high standard for delivery and appointments.
• Valet vehicles in all weather conditions.
• Support driving team for delivery and collection of vehicles.
• Keep the preparation area clean and tidy at all times.
• Identify fleet maintenance issues and report them.
