Job summary

Motorclean is seeking a Self Employed Car Valeter for a role at a car dealership in Exeter. You will be responsible for cleaning vehicles to a high standard, using pre-soak, wash, dry and polish methods, and maintaining interior and exterior finishes.

The position offers ongoing, consistent work with full workwear and PPE provided, plus access to valeting products and equipment. Refer-a-Friend and team support add extra value, with clear career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience as a professional Valeter.
• Full driving licence.
• Physically fit and hands-on ready.
• Reliable and team-focused.

Responsibilities

• Ensure vehicles are cleaned to a high standard.
• Pre-soak, wash, dry and polish/wax exterior.
• Clean and vacuum interior including seats, windows, carpets, mats, dashboards.
• Dress tyres.
• Apply protective/ceramic coatings to exterior and interior when required.
• Check vehicles for damage and report to Management.
• Maintain valeting tools.
• Handle chemicals according to Health and safety procedures.
• Keep valet areas clean and tidy at all times.
• Move vehicles safely on company grounds.
• Prioritise workload and communicate to relevant department.

Motorclean is a vehicle preparation company that provide valeting and various services to car companies across the UK. We have an opportunity for a Self Employed Car Valeter to join our valeting team based at a car dealership in Exeter.

Pay: Per unit completed with earnings of £1000 per week

Working hours: Monday-Friday 8:00-17:00 & Sat 8:00 - 13:00
