Job summary

GSK in London is seeking a Medical Advisor for the Vaccines Medical Information team to ensure strict ABPI and GSK Code compliance while reviewing promotional and non-promotional content.

The role provides scientific direction, reports quality checks, and collaborates across Commercial and Medical Affairs to accelerate copy approvals.

UK-registered MD or pharmacist or EEA-qualified candidate with vaccines/immunology background is preferred for this London-based role.

Qualifications

• UK-registered Medical Doctor or pharmacist or degree from an EU/EEA country member university.
• Experience in ABPI/code compliance within industry.
• Background in vaccines/immunology or infectious diseases is a plus.
• Fair understanding of the drug development process and vaccine trial design.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration within matrix, fast-paced, multicultural environments.
• Collaborative, organized, goal-driven, customer-focused with high urgency to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level scientific advisory support for claims/material development with medical accuracy and ABPI/GSK compliance.
• Accurately report quality-check findings for each reviewed material using internal tracking systems.
• Provide scientific direction during early content creation to accelerate copy approval processes.
• Advocate code compliance across Vaccines organization via cross-functional partnerships with Commercial and Medical Affairs stakeholders.
• Build relationships with content owners and review/approval stakeholders to maintain copy approval standards.
