KPMG in Birmingham offers a four-week Vacation Audit programme designed to give you real-world exposure to auditing across multiple business areas within a supportive environment.

You’ll build commercial understanding, gain professional skills and a pathway toward a potential Graduate offer at the same location and business area after successful completion. Open to penultimate-year students or graduates in 2028.

Our four-week Audit Vacation Programme is your chance to gain work experience in a specific audit business area and an insight into life within our diverse and supportive audit community. The programme is designed to help you grow and develop a breadth of professional skills, giving you learning that will last you a lifetime. Building your commercial understanding and in-depth knowledge of different sectors and businesses and understand more about the work we do to deliver the highest quality audits.

This programme has been purposefully designed as a step towards a possible Graduate offer ifyou’resuccessful on the programme. This offer would only be for the same location and business area as that you completed your vacation programme. As such, please ensure you have a commitment to the Vacation programme location and business area that you apply to.
