We are looking for someone passionate about promoting our services and raising awareness of the exceptional work our non-profit research organisation does to enable research into economic, social and population challengesacross the UK.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Marketing and Communications Manager to join our professional and driven Communications and Engagement team at the UK Data Archive, lead partner of the UK Data Service. Experience conducting market research, market data analysis and evaluation to strengthen our brand within a competitive research data environment and help prepare it for the next funding round.

Experience developing, measuring and evaluating service delivery, communications and marketing activities to feed into strategic plans and continual improvement activities.

A digital understanding that embraces current best-practice communication techniques, channels and devices, accessibility and GDPR legislation.

Experience creating strategies to enhance our brand and reputation through PR and thought-leadership initiatives, working closely across partner organisations and external stakeholders.

Experience in CRM development to facilitate customer retention, acquisition and campaign management.

The ability to develop innovative strategies and campaigns to support the data access, training and collections development teams.
