Job title: Youth Work Lead and Family Support Worker
Role summary: Lead youth work provision and coordinate family support services, ensuring high-quality engagement for young people (8–18) and holistic support for families. Act as a key link between youth services and family outreach, promoting safeguarding, inclusion, and community development.
Job location: You will be primarily based at Donnington Doorstep, though there will be offsite/outreach youth work in the nearby areas and occasionally across Oxford.
Pay Rate: £14.60 per hour
Interview date: Friday 19 December 2025
Hours: Part time – 3pm-8pm Tues and Weds (10 hours per week)
Contract is: Permanent
