Job summary

Safestore in Borehamwood is seeking a skilled UX & QA tester to support planning and prioritising UX improvements across digital platforms.

You will perform structured testing across the web CMS, pricing, CRM, booking platforms and internal tools; log bugs; assist with troubleshooting and releases; and collaborate with Marketing, IT and Development to test website updates and new functionality. The role emphasizes data-driven insights, accessibility, and GDPR awareness.

Qualifications

2+ years in UX testing, QA or digital project support.
Strong attention to detail and structured problem solving.
Good communication to explain issues to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with CMS testing and web platforms.
Familiarity with GDPR and accessibility basics.

Responsibilities

Work with Head of Digital Experience and IT to plan and prioritise UX improvements.
Carry out structured testing across web CMS, pricing systems, CRM and booking platforms.
Identify, log and track bugs; support timely resolution with development partners.
Support basic troubleshooting, including minor front-end updates and content structure improvements.
Assist with testing environments and release processes with IT and Dev teams.
Collaborate with Marketing, IT and external partners to test website updates.
Coordinate UAT and regression testing before releases.
Support CRO and A/B testing; review performance data for improvements.
Maintain up-to-date documentation on testing processes and release notes.
