Job summary

Base360.ai is seeking a highly ambitious UX/UI Product Designer to turn complex operations into simple, beautiful experiences. You’ll design dashboards, onboarding flows and AI interactions, working directly with founders and engineers to solve real problems for property managers, guests and operators.

In this early-stage role you’ll shape every touchpoint from website visits to daily workflows, build a cohesive design system, and push the product forward as the platform grows.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking and visual design.
• Experience designing SaaS products, dashboards or applications with complex workflows.
• Excellent judgment in typography, spacing, hierarchy and responsive design.

Responsibilities

• Own design from problem definition and user research through to prototypes and final interfaces.
• Collaborate with operators and engineers to understand workflows and constraints.
• Turn complex requirements into clear user journeys and polished interfaces.
• Work with engineers to deliver data-driven, production-ready designs.
