Role Overview:

As a UX/UI Designer, you will act as an individual contributor within your squad, driving the creation of seamless and engaging digital experiences for our customers. You will also contribute to the broader UX/UI community by sharing design thinking ideas and suggesting improved ways of working. This role suits an expert in digital product design, comfortable delivering high‑quality solutions that directly support our digital transformation initiatives.

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of end-to-end UX design processes, including user research and implementation.
• Apply advanced proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Create high‑fidelity digital designs while maintaining and updating pattern libraries.
• Ensure complex design work is reviewed or signed off by a Senior Designer.
• Utilize User Centred Design (UCD) methodologies, validating designs through user insights and usability testing.
• Leverage analytics data and user research to inform decision‑making and validate hypotheses.

About the Candidate:

Essential:

• Bachelor's degree (2.1 or higher) in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a transformational digital environment; telco experience is a plus but not required.
• Proven ability to design onboarding flows, specifically registration and login processes.
• Competent as a product designer with strong skills in both UX and UI design.
• Advanced proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Experience interpreting data from analytics platforms like Google Analytics or UserZoom is advantageous.
