Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced UX Researcher to deliver high quality standard work audits and risk assessment activities within the Global Last Mile Supply Chain. This is an exciting opportunity to join the Global Standards and Customer Excellence (GSCE) supporting standard work compliance across North America (NA), Europe (EU), Japan (JP) and Rest of World (ROW) as well as across other operational nodes. The Global Standards and Customer Excellence Audit Team is a global, fast paced, dynamic team, partnering with the business teams delivering an effective audit platform. We look across end to end supply processes evaluating non-compliance standard work risks that impact Worldwide Scorecard (WWSC) results, which is our guidance to how stations are performing based on Safety, Productivity, Quality, Customer Experience, and People. To do this, we need exceptionally talented, bright, and driven people who are able to work independently in an ambiguous environment. This role will be part of the Worldwide Audit team focused on audit user behavior and how the team can create the most effective audits. This individual will have specialized knowledge in conducting research studies using a range of methodologies. The candidate needs to be able to apply practical experience with a breadth of research methods and tools to solve and/or inform business problems. The candidate will need to optimize all phases of research: defining research objectives, target users, protocol development, data collection, analysis, and synthesis. Individual will must understand a broad range of analytic techniques and know when to use them (and when not to). The candidate must synthesize difficult or medium-to-large data sets into actionable insights. The candidate will provide insights into market opportunities and work backward from the customer to understand audit platform features, detailed functional requirements, and end user needs. Will need to articulate customer pain points, make recommendations to resolve them, and champion customer insights that impact products. Must have the ability to create and deliver research reports, user quotes, and/or videos with consistent high quality.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years proven success leading User Research projects with demonstrated impact
  • Bachelor's degree in HCDE, Human Factors, Cognitive Psychology, or a related field
  • A strong research portfolio demonstrating past work experience and deliverables
  • Experience conducting both strategic and tactical research studies
  • Proven track record of influencing product decisions through research insights, MS in Human Factors, HCDE, or Cognitive Psychology
  • Experience with AI/ML and LLM-based technologies research
  • Strong quantitative data analysis and statistical skills
  • Exceptional ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization
  • Experience working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Experience conducting global research studies
