As an Experience Design Researcher, you will lead and deliver end‑to‑end research projects that uncover user needs and behaviours. You will design and execute qualitative and quantitative studies, synthesise findings into actionable insights, and present these to stakeholders to influence product and design decisions. You will work both tactically and strategically, supporting agile product teams and contributing to the development of user‑centric experiences across digital and in‑store channels.
You are a curious and pragmatic researcher with a passion for understanding people and solving complex problems. You are comfortable working in dynamic, cross‑functional teams and have a track record of delivering impactful research. You are confident in engaging stakeholders, facilitating workshops, and translating insights into compelling narratives. You thrive in environments where you can champion the voice of the user and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Around here, there's always the chance to try something new—whether that's as part of an evolving team or somewhere else across the business—and we take development seriously and promise to support you. We also recognise and celebrate colleagues when they go the extra mile and, where possible, offer flexible working.
