Job summary

The Manchester Metropolitan University’s School of Digital Arts invites applications for a Lecturer in UX. The successful candidate will design and deliver HE curricula with a focus on user experience, including professional apprenticeships where possible, and guide students through UX across interdisciplinary contexts.

We seek someone with expertise in data-driven, personalised UX, and knowledge of accessibility and ethical considerations for digital technologies. Hybrid working is supported.

Qualifications

• Experience designing HE curricula with professional apprenticeships is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver UX education in interdisciplinary contexts.
• Awareness of accessibility, data ethics and responsible tech in design.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver UX-focused curricula and modules in HE.
• Support and expand education pathways including professional apprenticeships.
• Lead on data-driven, personalised or automated UX projects for students.
