UX Developer

Location : Peterborough (2 days / week preferred) or remote

Salary : £32,000–£35,000

Are you a skilled front-end developer with a passion for CRO and user experience ? We're looking for a mid-level UX Developer to join our digital optimisation team and help us improve our customer journeys through rapid experimentation.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you'll write “hacky” A / B and multivariate test code to manipulate live pages—not production code—enabling the team to test ideas quickly and validate improvements before handing successful experiments to the production team.

What You'll Do

Build and implement A / B and MVT test code using JavaScript / jQuery, HTML, and CSS .

Manipulate live pages to run rapid experiments aligned with CRO and digital strategy.

Ensure test builds work reliably across browsers and devices.

Analyse experiment outcomes to identify statistically significant results.

Work closely with UX, Optimisation, and Digital teams to improve customer experiences.

Contribute to the ideation and execution of digital journeys and optimisation tests.
