Forty Eight Point One, a brand-first digital agency based in Shoreditch, London, is seeking a Middle-weight UX Designer for an initial three-month contract. The role supports a major digital project for a multi-venue hospitality brand, with an immediate start and a flexible hybrid/remote arrangement.

You will drive the full UX process—from discovery through prototyping—shaping user needs and business goals into clear, testable experiences.

We’re currently looking for a Middle-weight UX Designer to join Forty Eight Point One on a short-term contract.

Forty Eight Point One is a Brand-first Digital Agency bringing stories to life through technology based in Shoreditch, London. We partner with founder-led brands from around the world.

Our work sits at the intersection of brand and digital - designing, writing and developing experiences that move people to act.

This role is for an initial three-month engagement, supporting the studio on a major digital project for a multi-venue hospitality brand, alongside a small number of other active briefs

The ideal candidate will have strong experience across the full UX process, moving comfortably between discovery, structuring information, and prototyping. This includes shaping user needs and business goals into clear, considered experiences that hold up from early thinking through to testable designs.

You should be comfortable working in Figma, able to confidently communicate and explain your thinking to both internal teams and clients, and mindful of content design, accessibility and SEO as integral parts of UX thinking rather than afterthoughts.

The role is available for an immediate start, on a full time schedule with a fee from £3,000 per month depending on experience.

We are open to remote working, studio working, or a hybrid approach, although the ideal candidate will be London-based to be able to be in the studio on select days where the project requires.
