Senior UX Designer

Location: Belfast (Hybrid – 1/2 days in office)
Contract: 6-month Contract
Daily Rate: £400+ (outside IR35)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior UX Designer to join a well-established, product-led technology organisation working on enterprise platforms. This role is ideal for a designer who enjoys tackling intricate workflows, internal tools, and large‑scale systems used daily by thousands of users.

The Role

You'll join a collaborative product team focused on reimagining and evolving an existing enterprise experience. Working across discovery and delivery, you'll shape intuitive, scalable solutions that help users work more efficiently and confidently.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading UX design on complex B2B and internal‑facing products
• Driving discovery initiatives, from early research through to high‑fidelity design
• Collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and business stakeholders
• Conducting and synthesising user research and usability testing
• Designing scalable information architectures and navigation systems
• Contributing to and evolving the organisation's design system
• Facilitating workshops and design sessions to align stakeholders and uncover user needs
• Championing user‑centred, evidence‑based design decisions

About You

• 4+ years’ experience designing digital products,
• Expert proficiency in Figma
• Confident communicator, able to present and defend design decisions
• Comfortable working in fast‑paced, cross‑functional Agile teams
• Experience conducting and applying qualitative and quantitative user research
• Able to work weekly from the Belfast office as part of a hybrid setup
