A luxury automotive company in Gaydon is seeking a creative UX Designer to enhance its digital experience. As part of the Digital team, you’ll join a group dedicated to defining and delivering a world-class digital journey for Aston Martin’s global audience — across CRM, website, app and connected services. Reporting to the Global Head of Digital & Growth, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how customers experience our brand online, helping to translate the spirit of Aston Martin into every interaction. Our digital estate is award winning, testament to the hard work that has been undertaken, and we want to continue to be the world’s best.
This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work between our iconic Gaydon headquarters and from home, blending creative collaboration with focused independent design.
You’re a creative problem-solver with proven experience as a UX Designer and a portfolio that demonstrates both strategic thinking and beautiful execution. You know how to transform complex ideas into simple, elegant user experiences that feel effortless. Skilled in wireframing and prototyping across web and mobile, you blend technical understanding with a strong instinct for what engages and inspires users.
Collaboration comes naturally to you — you communicate clearly, build strong relationships across teams, and thrive in fast-paced, agile environments where multiple workstreams come together to deliver something remarkable. You understand how to bring a brand to life in the digital space, ensuring every interaction feels authentic and on point.
Your creativity extends beyond visuals: you think in journeys, emotions and impact. You’re confident sketching ideas in collaborative sessions, and you know how to refine them into polished, scalable design systems. Proficient in Figma, Sketch, Marvel or InVision, you work fluidly across tools to design, iterate and deliver. A working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript further strengthens your ability to bridge the gap between design vision and technical reality.
