Things to Consider
  • The role is based near Woking and is hybrid working, 3-4 days work from home.
  • Experience working in highly regulated environments or with personal data is desirable.
  • A portfolio is required alongside applications.
Requirements
  • Strong UX / UI design & Product Design experience within a SaaS environment
  • Skilled in user research - planning, conducting, and turning insights into action (Prototyping and mapping user journeys)
  • Proficient in Figma, from low-fi wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes
  • Experience designing for diverse users, including those with low digital skills or accessibility needs
  • Ability to demonstrate solving design problems and working full life cycle
  • Comfortable in agile, cross-functional teams delivering user-focused solutions
