UBS are looking for a talented Design Leader to help create highly usable and intuitive digital products for our users and manage a team of talented UX designers.
Are you an analytical and creative designer who can grasp user needs and solve problems? Do you enjoy increasing user satisfaction through an attractive and coherent design experience for products?
You will participate in all aspects of the design process, from supporting the facilitation of workshops, seeking and organizing user feedback, synthesizing insights to identify design opportunities to sketching, wireframing and prototyping solutions. You’ll be able to demonstrate prior hands‑on, detailed-oriented UX design experience. In addition to your hands‑on skills, you will lead a team of talented designers, setting the bar for quality and ensuring that we communicate the business value of design across our entire organization.

You will work alongside product managers and engineers to improve the design and user-experience of our products. You will increase the awareness of design and its value to the organization and users. We are a new, nimble group and excited to get our design journey started. You’ll be working in the HRCS Tech team in London.
