Job summary

Target Geo Limited in Cornwall is seeking an experienced Utility Surveyor with 3+ years' industry experience to manage surveys from award to completion, applying PAS 128 methodology across ground penetrating radar, drainage and CCTV surveys, GPS positioning, and topographical techniques.

The team offers a friendly, professional environment with UK-wide projects, a company vehicle for business and personal use, paid overtime, training opportunities, and 28 days leave rising after five years.

Qualifications

• 3+ years industry experience in utility surveying.
• Proficient in PAS 128 surveying methodology.

Responsibilities

• Carry out Utility Surveys from award through to issue/completion.
• Work on ground penetrating radar, EML, drainage and CCTV surveys, and GPS positioning.
• Utilize PAS 128 standards and report findings with accurate field data.
• Collaborate with team and work independently when required.
• Maintain a clean UK driving licence.

Target Geo Limited, est. 2018 are a professional team of Surveying Engineers based in Cornwall, UK. We specialise in Land, Engineering and Utility surveying covering Cornwall, Devon and beyond.

We are professional, agile and innovative. A young, energetic, growing team and are currently looking for an experienced Utility Surveyor to join our team.

Candidates require 3+ years industry experience and must be confident and competent in carrying out Utility Surveys from award through to completion. Proficient in PAS 128 methodology and processing. Experience to include ground penetrating radar, EML, drainage surveys, CCTV surveys, topographical survey techniques, GPS location and positioning. Software processing to include N4CE and AutoCAD.

About you:

• Competent in performing Utility Mapping Surveys from award through to issue.
• Competent with the use of GPR (single channel and multi channel)
• Competent with the use of EML.
• Competent use of robotic total station, GPS, N4Ce and AutoCAD.
• Competent use of ground penetrating radar & EML
• Competent in carrying out drainage surveys, CCTV surveys, topographical survey techniques, GPS location and positioning.
• Good communication skills, strong work ethic & flexibility are crucial.
• Ability to work on projects individually and as part of a team.
• A clean UK driving licence.
