Job Title: Utility Procurement Analyst

Location: Welwyn Garden City, Herts

Salary: £26,000 per annum + up-to £2,000 discretionary annual bonus (paid quarterly) after first 12 months

Contract: Permanent, Full-time / Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Our Client: Our client is highly established and one of the leading providers of reduction services in the UK and have an exciting opportunity to join their team as a Utility Procurement Analyst.

Job Duties

• Prepare and submit tenders to energy suppliers.
• Analyse consumption data and bespoke energy quotes using Excel.
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive contracts.
• Present tender outcomes to account managers.
• Review and verify contracts before final acceptance.
• Maintain our contract database accurately at all times.
• Monitor market trends and developments.
• Prepare reports and energy information for our business and customers.
• Support the Utilities Procurement Manager with ad-hoc projects.
