Job summary

Crown Energy Ltd is seeking an Account Manager to support business and domestic customers with gas, electricity and water connections. You’ll manage warm enquiries, build relationships over the phone and gather information to turn enquiries into successful projects, with full training provided.

Experience not essential; a structured process will be taught. You’ll join a small, friendly team and work with operations to move from enquiry through quotation, delivery and completion, while learning

Qualifications

• Experience in account management or customer-focused roles.
• Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
• Confident in gathering detailed customer information.
• Able to learn a structured process and apply it to projects.
• Proactive in following up quotations and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage warm inbound enquiries for gas, electricity and water connections.
• Speak with B2B and B2C customers to understand requirements.
• Build strong relationships primarily over the phone.
• Qualify enquiries and establish project scope.
• Gather information to enable quotes and project assessment.
• Prepare quotations with support from operations/planning.
• Follow up enquiries and quotations to win projects.
• Maintain pipeline and keep opportunities moving.
• Keep customer and project data up to date in the CRM.
• Inform customers throughout the project and pursue repeat business.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver successful projects.
