User Researcher — Leeds, West Yorkshire (Hybrid) — 2 Month Contract – Inside IR35 – Immediate Start

A great short-term opportunity for an experienced User Researcher to deliver actionable insights that shape key online customer journeys - from browse and search through to checkout and booking.

The User Researcher lead end-to-end usability studies, combining moderated sessions, behavioural analytics, and customer feedback to uncover friction points and recommend clear, evidence-based improvements for product and design teams.

Responsibilities

User Researcher – Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience running usability research across web and app
• Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and qualitative methods
• Confident in synthesising findings into prioritised, actionable recommendations
• Skilled communicator with solid stakeholder management experience
• Familiarity with UserZoom or similar research platforms

This role would suit a hands-on User Researcher who enjoys turning insight into impact and delivering tangible improvements to user experience within a fast-paced digital environment.
