About the Rol
eAs a User Researcher embedded in HMRC’s Digital Academy, you will lead and deliver user research activities that inform the design and delivery of learning experiences. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to ensure that learning products and services meet user needs, are inclusive, and support HMRC’s digital capability goals. This role is central to shaping how learning is experienced across HMRC, particularly in support of the Government Digital and Data Profession

- s.Collaboration: Work closely with learning designers, content teams, and stakeholders to embed user insights into learning strategy and deliver
- y.Evaluation & Iteration: Support the evaluation of learning programmes and contribute to continuous improvement through data-driven recommendation
