User Researcher - URGENT Requirement

We're seeking an experienced User Researcher (SFIA Level 4) to join our public sector client on a hybrid basis (Worthing office once every two months).

Start Date: ASAP Contract: Until 31st March 2026 (extension likely)

Rate: £495 inside IR35 Equipment: BYOD

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, design, and conduct user research to inform service improvements.
  • Candidates must have proven experience working on Government projects
  • Lead usability testing and analyse findings to shape product direction.
  • Collaborate with designers, analysts, and developers to turn insights into actionable user stories.
  • Mentor junior researchers and share best practices across teams.
