We\'re looking for a User Researcher to join our Consumer Services function at Experian. You\'ll join a small but perfectly formed User Research team, playing an important role in shaping the user experience across two of our product domains. You\'ll help us understand our customers deeply and make evidence-based decisions.
Working in-house as part of a cross-functional product team, you\'ll collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to plan and run research that drives meaningful impact from early discovery through to post-launch evaluation.
You\'ll report into our Lead User Researcher and be supported to grow your craft, stretch your thinking, and help define what great research is at Experian.
