A digital services consultancy is looking for experienced User Researchers to join a high-performing, multi-disciplinary team focused on creating impactful, user-centred services within the public sector.

You’ll be involved across multiple research engagements for bespoke software solutions and transformations within government/public sector!

Senior Consultant - Minimum of 5 years in consulting or public sector (you'll ideally be mentoring juniors and taking lead on client engagements)

Lead Consultant - Minimum of 8 years in consulting or public sector (you'll be directly line managing a UR team, contributing to growth and expansion while taking a lead position with client projects)

Key Responsibilities of the User Researcher:

  • Taking lead on end-client engagement projects
  • Identify research needs and select the best research methods for each project.
  • Develop, document, and present comprehensive research plans outlining study goals and methodologies.
  • Engage with users through interviews, workshops, and ethnographic research to build meaningful insights.
  • Analyse research findings and data to generate valuable insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Synthesize and document findings with tools such as user stories, journey mapping, and storyboarding to convey the full user experience.
