Senior Consultant - Minimum of 5 years in consulting or public sector (ideally mentoring juniors and taking lead on client engagements)
Lead Consultant - Minimum of 8 years in consulting or public sector (direct line management of a UR team, contributing to growth and expansion, and taking a lead position with client projects)
