A digital services consultancy is looking for experienced User Researchers to join a high-performing, multi-disciplinary team focused on creating impactful, user-centred services within the public sector.

You’ll be involved in multiple research engagements for bespoke software solutions and transformations within government/public sector!

Senior Consultant - Minimum of 5 years in consulting or public sector (ideally mentoring juniors and leading client engagements)

Lead Consultant - Minimum of 8 years in consulting or public sector (directly line managing a UR team, contributing to growth, and taking a lead role in client projects)

Key Responsibilities of the User Researcher:

  1. Leading end-client engagement projects
  2. Identifying research needs and selecting appropriate research methods
  3. Developing, documenting, and presenting comprehensive research plans
  4. Engaging with users through interviews, workshops, and ethnographic research
  5. Analyzing research findings to generate insights and actionable recommendations
  6. Synthesizing and documenting findings using tools like user stories, journey maps, and storyboards
