A digital services consultancy is looking for experienced User Researchers to join a high-performing, multi-disciplinary team focused on creating impactful, user-centred services within the public sector.

You’ll be involved in multiple research engagements for bespoke software solutions and transformations within government/public sector!

Senior Consultant - Minimum of 5 years in consulting or public sector (ideally mentoring juniors and taking the lead on client engagements)

Lead Consultant - Minimum of 8 years in consulting or public sector (directly line managing a UR team, contributing to growth while leading client projects)

Key Responsibilities of the User Researcher:

  1. Lead end-client engagement projects
  2. Identify research needs and select appropriate research methods
  3. Develop, document, and present research plans with goals and methodologies
  4. Engage with users through interviews, workshops, and ethnographic research
  5. Analyze findings to generate insights and recommendations
  6. Synthesize and document findings using tools like user stories, journey mapping, and storyboarding
