You will identify friction points, test usability and provide actionable insights that drive product adoption and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive testing of user journeys, including onboarding, off‑boarding, engagement flows, and communication channels.
• Identify and document bugs, usability issues, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and execute test cases focused on user experience across web, mobile, and communication touchpoints (e.g., email, push notifications).
• Leverage data and user feedback to prioritise testing efforts and recommend improvements.
