A technological design firm based in Salford is seeking a User Experience Designer to enhance the user experience across various projects. The User Experience Designer role is part of ACDC, an internal capability comprising Business Analysts, Business Change Managers, User Researchers, and User Experience Designers. The ACDC team's collective mission is to support all Naimuri delivery projects by delivering tangible and measurable value to customers, ensuring a clear understanding of the users challenge and requirements, and applying an intentional approach to designing, testing, and refining the user experience. As a User Experience Designer at Naimuri, you will have the support to work on and deliver large tasks and projects with guidance from team members. You will take ownership of design tasks and actively enable the team through your growing expertise.

Naimuri pays competitively within the industry based on your role's base location rates. The salary for this position is dependent upon your experience. We assess seniority relative to the team at Naimuri during the interviewing process. A full‑time working week is 37.5 hours and you have flexibility over when you give that time. We also offer part‑time working which can be discussed during the recruitment process. Our core hours are 10:00am - 3:00pm and our office is open between 7:30 - 18:00, Monday to Friday.
