Job summary

BettingJobs is partnering with a well-established online casino and sportsbook to recruit an experienced UX Designer for their London team. You will own the full design lifecycle for web and mobile, translating user needs into polished experiences ready for development.

In this role you will lead research, create wireframes and high‑fidelity designs, collaborate with product managers and engineers, and advocate for the user while balancing business goals in a fast-paced, global company.

Qualifications

• Experience as a UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of the iGaming industry.
• Strong portfolio showing user-centered design thinking and end-to-end project work.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe XD.
• Working knowledge of user research methods and usability testing practices.
• Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and accessibility standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• A track record of using data/analytics to influence designs.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct light-to-moderate user research (e.g. user interviews, surveys, usability testing) to validate assumptions and improve designs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs that are both functional and beautiful.
• Collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and developers to ship high-quality features.
• Iterate quickly based on user feedback, analytics, and team input.
• Contribute to and leverage design systems and style guides to maintain consistency.
• Advocate for the user while balancing business goals and technical feasibility.
• Present design work and rationale clearly to stakeholders and teammates.
