Job summary

Experis IT is seeking an Interaction Designer to support the Government Gateway programme with a flexible location in Telford. You will contribute to SCP, EACD/RATE and Fraud Prevention Centre, focusing on user-centred design and accessible digital services.

Join agile, multidisciplinary teams with researchers, content designers, and product managers to prototype and test interfaces that meet public sector accessibility requirements and real user needs.

Responsibilities

• Accessibility & Inclusion: Ensure designs meet strict public sector accessibility regulations and work for everyone, regardless of digital skills.
• Collaborative Delivery: Work in agile, multidisciplinary teams alongside user researchers, content designers, and product managers.
