EVMLtd in Southwater, West Sussex, is seeking a commercially focused Used Vehicle Business Manager to own the used-vehicle operation. You will develop strategy, source stock, price, market and handover to customers, driving growth in this specialist vehicle business.

The role requires energy, structure, and accountability to build a high-margin, customer-focused operation while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Aftersales teams to deliver sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in used vehicle sales or comparable commercial role.
• Ability to source vehicles and develop new business.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.

Responsabilités

• Take full commercial ownership of the used vehicle operation from acquisition to handover.
• Develop and deliver the used vehicle business plan with targets for sales and gross profit.
• Source stock through various channels and manage stock mix and depreciation.
