We are currently recruiting for an experienced Used Car Sales Manager for our client's main dealer site in the Broadstairs area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Used Car Sales Manager to join a superb dealer group, strong brand, working in a busy, state‑of‑the‑art site. We are looking for Used Car Sales Managers with a strong track record in used car sales.

Used Car Sales Manager role

• Working closely with the senior management team. You will manage the Sales Executive team to a strong sales performance every month. Driving the sales in the department through processes and training the team to work professionally.
• Making sure the team offer strong customer service, working with the team to maximise sales while promoting a strong profit per unit and working closely with the finance team to secure the best deal for the customer.
• Controlling the used car stock to make sure you have the right vehicles for your market area.
• Making sure all online adverts are done to company & manufacturer guidelines.

Used Car Sales Manager requirements

• It’s essential you have experience as a Sales Manager within the motor trade – at least 2 years’ experience within the role.
• Good understanding of both new and used vehicle sales.
• Ideally experienced in running a large sales team, highly successful.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence.
