Description

Pentagon Motor Group invites you to join our Lincoln dealership as a Used Car Sales Consultant. This role is a key part of a highly successful Vauxhall team where exceptional customer service and sales performance drive our success.

Responsibilities
  • Build genuine rapport with customers to understand their needs and convert opportunities into sales.
  • Meet and exceed sales volume targets, maximising profit opportunity for every vehicle sold.
  • Deliver outstanding customer buying experience, promoting long‑term dealership profitability.
  • Prospect new and existing customers via telephone, promoting additional items such as paint protection, service plans and warranties.
  • Stay informed on current finance options regulations and legislation to provide customers with all available options.
Qualifications
  • Experience in a target‑driven retail sales background.
  • Exceptional customer service and strong communication skills.
  • Rapport building and motivation to deliver first‑class buying experience.
  • Knowledge of IT systems including Microsoft Office.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Previous motor industry sales experience is an advantage but not essential.
