Salary: £50-60k base salary, up to £30k OTE Benefits

A rare opportunity to take the lead in growing global business for a heritage British luxury brand. We are a premium fashion manufacturer. As we expand our international reach, were looking for an experienced International Sales Manager. This is a confidential search for dynamic, commercially driven professionals who can both open new doors and deepen key relationships. Youll need to be ahighlyskilled sales person,who can both generate and nurture, equally confident knocking on doors and building trusted partnerships that grow over time.

What Youll Do
  • Developing and executing market strategies for growth
  • Building a pipeline of new, high-potential accounts
  • Managing and expanding existing relationships with key partners and retailers
  • Overseeing seasonal sales targets, forecasting, and account planning
  • Leading sell-in and trade show appointments, in person and remotely
  • Reporting on performance, market trends, and competitor activity
  • Working closely with design, merchandising and marketing teams to ensure brand alignment
  • Representing the brand at events, showrooms, and customer meetings

  • Willing and able to travel frequently including extended trips abroad
  • Youll be UK-based but expected to travel regularly to the United States (up to 50% of your working time)
