Job description

Position Summary

Drives sales and financial performance in the Auto Care Center and service area by receiving and stocking merchandise, ensuring effective presentation, accurate and competitive pricing, proper signing and instock, inventory levels, budgeting, and forecasting sales. Assesses economic trends and community needs, ensuring sales and profit goals are achieved and implementing corrective plans. Provides customer service, acknowledges customers, identifies needs, assists with purchasing decisions, locates merchandise, resolves issues, promotes products, maintains a safe environment, and processes orders in accordance with company policies. Explains Auto Care Center and automotive products and services, ensuring technicians are trained and certified; stages customer vehicles and assists with workflow. Maintains the Auto Care Center and sales floor by stocking, rotating merchandise, removing damaged or outdated goods, setting up displays, signing and pricing, securing fragile items, maintaining equipment, handling claims and returns, and ensuring compliance with OSHA and environmental disposal.

Coordinates job‑related activities and maintains relationships with stakeholders, supporting plans and initiatives, identifying and communicating goals, building accountability, measuring progress, identifying improvement opportunities, and promoting continuous learning. Provides supervision, hires, trains, mentors, assigns duties, recognizes associates, and fosters a culture of belonging. Ensures compliance with company policies, upholds values of integrity and ethics, supports mission, and implements action plans.

The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00 - $100,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses and may include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) and Complex Structure based on external factors.

Minimum Qualifications

• 2 years experience in automotive service or service industry field.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• For firearms‑carrying facilities: successful completion of a firearms‑specific Criminal Background Check (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training.
• For facilities that sell ammunition with state requirements: current state‑issued Certificate of Eligibility.
• Required to attend and complete all job‑required trainings and assessments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Automotive Certification from Automotive Technical Institute.
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.
• Experience in automotive service or related field.
• Supervisory experience.
• ASE Certification.
