Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant tax experience, ideally with a mix at both a Big 4 accounting firm and in industry.
• Significant experience with the preparation and review of US federal and state tax returns.
• In-depth technical knowledge of U.S. tax provisions affecting international operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all components of the U.S. Income Tax Returns.
• Maintain the federal tax calendar for timely completion of all tax filings.
• Oversee and coordinate with internal teams and external advisors.
