Harmonic Finance™ | Certified B Corp seeks a US Tax Manager to own US federal tax filings end-to-end for a growing US client base. You will work directly with the CEO, building the processes and QA framework around US tax delivery while collaborating with engineering to automate workflows.

The role is hands-on, requiring direct filing of forms 5471/5472 and strong communication with founders and senior finance stakeholders. Hybrid/work-from-UK options available.

Formación

• 10+ years' US corporate tax experience, including direct, hands-on US return filings.
• US CPA or IRS Enrolled Agent qualification accepted.
• Big 4 or Top 10 background preferred; strong in-house experience considered.
• Comfortable with hands-on delivery rather than purely advisory work.
• Direct experience with Delaware TopCo and UK subsidiary structures.
• Experience building or improving compliance processes from a standing start.
• Exposure to tech-enabled workflows or AI-influenced tax workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Own US federal tax compliance and filings end to end, delivering work personally.
• Prepare and file Forms 5471 and 5472 for Delaware TopCo clients with UK subsidiaries.
• Act as internal technical reference on US tax matters across the business.
• Build processes, controls, and QA framework around US tax delivery.
• Identify where US tax workflows can be automated and work with engineering/product to roll out AI-driven solutions.
• Quality assure work by external CPAs and bring delivery in-house over time.
• Support clients directly on video calls and by phone for advisory questions.
• Manage a growing portfolio of 50–150 clients as the business scales.
• Operate autonomously as the initial dedicated US tax specialist.
