Job summary

Aon plc is seeking a Head of North America Property to lead the strategic direction, performance and growth of its US Property business within the Global Broking Centre. This London-based hybrid role requires senior leadership to drive growth and client value across US and London markets.

You will work with regional and global leaders, strengthening market relationships and delivering innovative broking solutions while ensuring regulatory compliance and high-performing teams.

Qualifications

• Extensive US Property insurance experience with a strong network across US and London markets.
• Credible leadership track record in steering broking teams over multiple years.
• Ability to manage financial performance including budgeting and P&L oversight.
• Strategic, commercially focused, highly collaborative and capable of influencing senior partners.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction for broking and market management aligned with regional/global priorities.
• Lead the team to achieve revenue, growth and client service objectives.
• Act as senior market representative, strengthening relationships with carriers and clients.
• Drive product/solution innovation and digital placement initiatives for client value.
• Support major placements and renewals as trusted point of contact for complex transactions.
• Utilize market intelligence and data to guide strategy and growth.
• Ensure activities comply with regulatory requirements and Aon's standards.
