An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Trust as an Ultrasound Modality Lead Sonographer. We are recruiting for two Band 8A posts, based across both our Hillingdon and Mount Vernon Hospital sites. Post holders will be responsible for leading the Ultrasound department and managing its day‑to‑day operations in the absence of senior management.
The successful candidates will have extensive experience across a wide range of ultrasound modalities, including obstetrics, gynaecology, vascular, and non‑obstetric/general medical ultrasound. Both post holders will be expected to cross‑cover between obstetric and non‑obstetric services, working collaboratively across the Trust to support consistent, high‑quality patient care in all ultrasound areas.
An interview date is yet to be confirmed.
