Qualifications

• Must hold an RGN/RN qualification and be registered with NMC.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the flexible cystoscopy clinic and DTC ward.
• Assist clinicians with minor procedures and patient support.
• Monitor and maintain nursing quality and patient documentation.

Skills

Able to work under minimum supervision

Communicates with patients and carers in an empathetic manner

Good knowledge of all surgical specialties mainly urology

Able to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care needs

Education

RGN/RN
