Job summary

Ambu is seeking a clinically driven Clinical Specialist to join the South Endoscopy team, supporting our single-use ureteroscopy portfolio. You will act as the clinical expert, partnering with the sales team to drive adoption, provide hands-on theatre support, and ensure customers are confident using Ambu's devices.

The role is ideal for a nurse, ODP, or clinical professional looking to move into a commercial, customer-facing position while improving patient care and theatre efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a urology or theatre-based role.
• Nurse/ODP or equivalent clinical qualification with strong endourology exposure.
• Ability to articulate health economics and clinical benefits to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-theatre support during procedures, acting as the expert on scope handling, setup and troubleshooting.
• Set up and support Territory Managers in clinical trials.
• Work with the wider team to build centres of excellence and accredited training.
• Convey health-economic arguments to procurement, finance and others; maintain relationships to grow accounts.
• Keep CRM and reporting up to date; manage pipeline and report monthly.
• Gather market intelligence and disseminate throughout the organisation.
• Identify and develop relationships with regional KOLs; prepare and deliver presentations.
