The role offers an hourly rate of £36 and access to a clinical support group, with an emphasis on collaborative case discussion and continuous professional development in a well-equipped, modern practice.

Qualifications

• GDC registration is required.
• Enhanced DBS prior to starting.
• Proof of right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Provide dental therapeutic care to NHS/private patients in Lancaster.
• Partake in case discussions with lead clinicians to plan treatment.
• Use digital imaging equipment and collaborate with specialists as needed.
• Support a collaborative, efficient practice environment.

Woole and Scarra is looking for a Dental Therapist in (Lancaster) for our busy mixed NHS and private dental practice for an immediate start.

Dental Therapist

• Hourly Rate £36.00
• Access to our clinical support group
• Lead clinician on hand to help discuss cases and patient issues and actively encourage this.
• Access to supporting specialists for more complex cases
• Fully computerised with modern well-equipped surgeries in a large and fully refurbished practice
• A dedicated staff room with kitchen facilities and lockers
• An excellent team morale with long standing members both clinical and non-clinical
• An ethos of collaboration - we actively ask the dentists/hygienists to discuss cases with or without patients present for second opinions, advice, treatment planning or even assistance
• A dedicated management structure so issues are sorted swiftly and with minimal disruption to the working day
