A healthcare service provider in Hull is looking for Support Staff to join their Urgent Treatment Centres. Responsibilities include administrative duties, supporting clinical staff, and potential home visits. City Health Care Partnership CIC are looking for highly motivated, enthusiastic individuals to join their team of Support Staff in the Urgent Treatment Centre's based in Hull Royal Infirmary. The Support Staff member will be responsible for booking in all patients on SystmOne, answering phone calls to the department, directing patients accordingly, chaperoning GPs and Practitioners, home visits, equipment and vehicles checks, medication checks, monitoring the waiting room, performing comfort calls and a variety of administration duties. Patient presentations will include undiagnosed undifferentiated illness and minor injuries, acute presentations and at times the exacerbation of long-term conditions.
The Support Staff member will be responsible for supporting the clinical team to ensure that the highest standard of clinical care is provided for patients across CHCP
You will be part of a large team that covers bases across Hull and East Yorkshire on a shift pattern that covers a service running 24 hours a day, 7 days a week over 365 days of the year.
